Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Parking Garage Signage System

The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Parking Garage Signage System was designed to simplify the visitor’s orientation to the campus and ease the return.

In addition to presenting all graphic information with bold color and large information components, Kent Design introduced a calibration system which orients the visitor to the floor they have parked on and also the place on the floor by a secondary consecutive numbering system.

Orientation is enhanced at the elevators with directories, campus maps and graphic displays which highlight the photographic works of Thomas Eakins, noted Philadelphia artist, who studied the human form in motion, to develop his paintings.

This project was designed by Kent Design as a subcontractor to AGS, Exton PA.
